What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and any message you include.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a survey or installation. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made.

How it is stored and shared

Your enquiry is emailed to us and stored securely so we can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to deliver the service you have asked about.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email info@northgreenenergy.co.uk and we will action it.

Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC)

North Green Energy is a member of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) approved consumer code administered by Renewable Energy Assurance Limited (REAL). As part of monitoring its members, REAL may collect and process some of the personal data we hold about you — for example contract, quotation and aftersale records — to check our compliance with the Code. REAL relies on its legitimate interest and legal obligations as the basis for this, stores your data securely, and retains it for up to 10 years.
